You may notice that we don't have package titles like "Day of Wedding Coordination" or "Weekend Wedding Management". Those terms can be slightly misleading, since it's not possible for us to be part of your celebration for just a day. You've likely been planning for months, maybe even years, and our services reflect that. We take as much time as needed ahead of your wedding day to prepare, whether you need a little assistance or a lot!

They took such a load off my mind and were there to make sure that all the details, especially those that I couldn't manage myself or had overlooked, were covered. Thank you Joy and Mary, for giving me the opportunity to truly enjoy my daughter's wedding."

Frequently Asked questions

There is already a wedding coordinator at my church. Do I need both?

Most Catholic Churches have a coordinator or hostess to give you access to the church, run the rehearsal, and help get everyone down the aisle. While parish and reception venue coordinators are typically very efficient at what they do, they work for their respective sites. We work for you- the couple! You're our priority, and we are there to serve as liaison and to advocate for your needs on your special day. We will work alongside your on-site coordinators and all your vendors to make sure no detail is left behind.

What if my fiancé is Catholic and I am not?

Do you only serve catholic weddings?

Yes, we only serve Catholic weddings that take place under the authority of the local bishop. Catholic weddings are our specialty, and we wanted to create a business that caters to the sometimes complex set of guidelines and traditions that are part of a Catholic wedding ceremony. If you are a non-Catholic bride or groom who is looking for a planner or coordinator, feel free to contact us for recommendations!

I'm not sure my wedding fits any of your packages, can you still help?

A Liturgy of the Word ceremony instead of a full Nuptial Mass is the most common celebration when both are not Catholic and it provides an amazing opportunity to extend hospitality to the family of the non-Catholic bride or groom. Choice of parish, priest, readings, and music can add to the harmony of celebrating our common belief in Jesus Christ and the sacredness of marriage. We can help you plan a ceremony that fosters unity and inclusion!

We are happy to help with celebrations of any size and will work with you to customize our package (and price) to fit your needs.
